The Coremars Money Market Fund (“CMMF”) is a professionally managed, open-ended investment scheme designed to provide investors with access to a diversified portfolio of high-quality, short-term investment opportunities. The minimum holding period for an investment in the Fund is thirty (30) days (“Minimum Investment Period”). Unitholders can redeem their Units within five (5) Business Days following receipt of a Redemption notice together with the latest statement of Unit holding by the Fund Manager or any of its Agents. Investors may redeem all or some of the Units held at any time after allotment.

The minimum initial investment is ₦5,000 and subsequent investment of ₦1,000.

The Fund is managed by Coremars Asset Management, a professional asset management firm responsible for managing the Fund’s portfolio in accordance with its investment mandate, governing documents and applicable regulations.

Income distributions will be made quarterly, at the end of each calendar quarter, to all eligible Unit Holders. Investors may choose to either reinvest their distributions in the Fund or have the amount credited directly to their nominated bank account.
