Olurin Olusanu is a seasoned professional with over two decade of experience in the financial services industry. His career journey began in 2009 at Zain in the telecoms sector, followed by a tenure at GTBank Plc, where he worked in both the retail division and corporate banking group.

Within the corporate banking group, Olusanu specialized in Financial Institutions (FI), Telecoms, and Health sectors, structuring transactions worth over $1 billion for indigenous and foreign financial corporations. Notably, he led a team at GTBank tasked with exploring opportunities in Nigeria’s power sector, fostering his passion for addressing the country’s power infrastructure challenges. This passion drove Olusanu to transition from GTBank Plc to Starkford Solutions Limited, where he joined like-minded individuals committed to driving value chain appreciation for stakeholders in the power sector. Olusanu’s academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Olabisi Onabanjo University, where he graduated with honors. He also holds an MBA from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, UK, and is a member of the International Association of Retail Bankers..
